light pollution
Need-less!

There are 6 different animations. I think some of them are really cool in how they might get people to actually think about their outside lighting!

I remember loving the early days of living in our house out past Queen Creek, down in Pinal County. Dark was really, really dark! Then more people moved in. More people left their lights on all night. Then a neighbor installed a sodium vapor light and we realized the "honeymoon" was over. We looked back over the CC&Rs to find the part that talked about lighting...and suddenly, we couldn't find it. Darn.
I don't know where we'll buy or build next, but I would really like to make sure the exterior lighting keeps the light pollution to a bare minimum. And I'd love to be able to trigger porch lights from my car, so I don't have to turn them on in the morning when I'm going to be gone all day. Or maybe put them on a timer, with an override?
I've also got my eye on a 5-pack of attractive solar lights for the front walkway. The nice thing is, when we move, we can take them with us!
