Secret Pal Package #2!

It's not even the end of November and December's package is already here!
I got a booklet titled "How to Make the Original Red Heel Sock Monkey and Other Toys", I got two pair of Red Heel Socks to make said Sock Monkeys! I got a neat little bag that's shimmmery-purplish---it keeps changing colors! I got a book called "Knitting Under the Influence" by Claire LaZebnik and two skeins of Cascade Yarn; they both say "109 LE" but one is a grey and the other is a purple. Yum. Oh! And a cute little card, too!
I'm wiped from pre-Thanksgiving cleaning, so the pictures will come later. In the meantime, here's an image from Lorinda's blog which I think is so funny!

Wow that shipped a lot faster than the last one.
That is November's package not Decemeber's. One for Oct, one for Nov, one for Dec. I already have december's stuff though you won't be getting that just for a bit. :)
Cascade 109 LE is the thicker version of Cascade 220. It is 109 yards. Great stuff. Felts well, knits fast. Enough there for scarf or something of that nature.
That novel is like chit lit with knitting. I am not claiming it is any good at all. I got it because I liked the cover; it really made me want a martini. Trashy trashy novel for the time when you are feeling like a trashy trashy novel.
Wish all packages shipped that fast!
Thanks again! I love the grey and purple together. I'll have to make something cool with it. Don't know what yet. I'm adding the novel to my bedside table and the Sock Monkey book is going on my knitting shelf once I show my Mom. I love the little bag. It's perfect for small projects---like socks!
I was hoping my first (of 3!) KnitPicks order would come Wednesday, but no such luck. *sigh*
